배송 정책

Fulfillment & Carriers

  • We partner with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) and reputable carriers as a third‑party logistics (3PL) service. Carrier selection may vary by destination and package characteristics. We may split orders into multiple packages at our discretion.

Shipping Fees (U.S.)

  • Free Standard Shipping on merchandise subtotals $40+ (after discounts, before tax). Orders under $40 ship at a flat $4.99 Standard rate. Thresholds and fees may change without notice; final charges appear at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Timeframes (Estimates Only)

  • After payment is confirmed, the item will be delivered within 2 business days if it is in stock.
  • Orders are typically processed Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Actual timelines depend on order time, inventory status, carrier network capacity, weather, customs, and peak sales periods.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • For security and speed, orders are finalized at checkout and cannot be modified once submitted. Cancellation requests may be accommodated only before fulfillment begins; once packed or a label is created, cancellation isn’t possible.

Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. After dispatch, address changes or delivery instructions are not guaranteed; contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  • If undeliverable, packages may be held up to 7 days and then returned to sender. Returned packages cannot be resent; please place a new order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Tracking

  • Tracking details are provided after shipment. It may take time for scans to appear in the carrier’s system; intermittent gaps are normal. For prolonged inactivity, contact the carrier using your tracking number.

Risk of Loss; Delivered-But-Missing Packages

  • Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier. Orders marked as delivered that are lost, stolen, or missing are not eligible for refunds or reshipments. Please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival (DOA)

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description.
  • At our discretion, we may offer a refund or replacement for items purchased directly from our store; we do not accept items purchased from other retailers. Opened/partially used items and products with broken seals are not eligible unless the defect is confirmed.

Exclusions & Limitations

  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, severe weather, labor actions, carrier backlogs, or peak-season volume.
  • We do not guarantee delivery dates; expedited refunds or consequential damages for delays are not offered. We may cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of local import rules, with refunds issued for the merchandise price where applicable.
