Política de reembolso
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you return a product due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping fee. You may choose to have the return shipping fee deducted from your refund amount or pay it separately via bank transfer.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@nutrioneglobal.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
FBA Refunds
For products fulfilled via Amazon FBA, the refund process follows Amazon’s policies. If there is a missing item or an issue with the order, you will need to provide the following documents:
- Photo of the received box contents showing what was included or missing
- Photo of the outer shipping box or envelope
- Photo of the shipping/tracking label, clearly displaying:
- FNSKU or ASIN
- Tracking number
- Recipient name and address
Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Claims beyond this period will be rejected, unless supported by official carrier documentation (e.g., delivery delay). As per the MCF reimbursement policy, Amazon is unable to reimburse orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
Once the refund request is processed by Amazon, we will be notified of the status and the refund will be issued accordingly.
Customs and import charges
As a buyer, it’s your responsibility to check which customs and import charges may apply, and to pay them. We might be able to give you some information about import charges, but before you buy an item, it's a good idea to check with your country's customs office for more specific details.
